Directed “white-side” special operations element and training division of the Energy Fusion Cell in support of combat operations and economic recovery during “The Surge” for echelons above Corps.
2007: Director, Technology Outreach and Innovation Program, Utah Science Technology and Research Initiative (USTAR), State of Utah. Directed the USTAR technology outreach program in support of University of Utah and Utah State University energy technology research commercialization.
2003 to 2007: Director, Gas Supply, Questar Corporation Managed integrated resource planning, natural gas supply, logistics, and commodity trading for a multi-state natural gas local distribution company.
2003: Commander, Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, Zamboanga, Philippines. Commanded 600-person special operations forward deployed units in combat operations supporting US Pacific Command and Filipino Southern Command counter insurgency operation on Mindanao and surrounding maritime environment.
1999 to 2003: Director, Gas Supply, Questar Gas Company. Managed integrated resource planning, natural gas supply, logistics, and commodity trading for a multi-state natural gas local distribution company.
1997 to 1999: Director, Industrial Gas Marketing, Questar Energy Trading. Managed commodities and natural gas purchase and sales for an energy trading company.
