Mr. Gould has spent more than 40 years managing the design and construction of energy related projects for utilities, oil refineries and aerospace companies.  These energy projects include those fueled by oil, gas, coal, uranium and sunlight.  He is a licensed mechanical and/or nuclear engineer in several states.

Early in his career his work focused on traditional fossil and nuclear fueled power plants, but his later focus involved utilities transition to greener technologies with large scale solar thermal plants.

He has particular experience in the areas of large scale energy storage and in scaling promising prototype projects into commercially sized operating plants.

He continues to enjoy consulting on green energy projects with private companies and government agencies.
